100 Year Old Home Gets an Update….
Located on Dogwood Avenue in Wilmington, this 100 year old home had not bee significantly altered since the original construction. The owners had a lofty list of renovations to help modernize the layout and create some efficiencies. While maintaining the integrity of the older architecture of this home, our team was tasked with adding 1100 square feet of living space. The design to increase the living space was drafted to extend the rear of the house.
New Windows & Siding
While building out the back side of this home, we added all new windows and updated the siding.
Before & After
The largest impact of the expansion can be enjoyed in the living area of the home. What was once a small dinging area has been expanded into a light and airy open living space connecting to the dining area and renovoated kitchen.
